Easy exercises to get rid of Double Chin

Who doesn’t like a perfect featured face? But people often forget that your chin plays the utmost important role in your beautiful face. Well People who are facing the problem of the double chin, here are six exercises that may help strengthen and tone the muscles and skin in the area of your double chin.

Kiss the sky

This one strengthens and tightens those muscles that contribute to your selfie sabotaging double chin. Sit back, relax and tilt your head back and extend your head as far as you can away from your beautiful face. Bring your lips together and pout while staring at the ceiling like you’re about to take a selfie. This exercise will put pressure on your neck and chin. Do it for about 5 seconds and relax. Do about 15 sets.

 Tongue stretch

Looking straight ahead, stick your tongue out as far as you can. Lift your tongue upwards towards your nose. Hold for 10 seconds and release.

Jaw Jut

Tilt your head back and look toward the ceiling. Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin. Hold the jaw jut for a 10 count. Relax your jaw and return your head to a neutral position. Repeat this 10 times.

Jawline work out

This exercise will strengthen and tighten those muscles that give you that double chin.For this exercise, all you need is a tennis ball. Just sit straight and place the tennis ball against the neck.Then lower your jaw by opening the mouth on top of the tennis ball and trap it 10 times in a row.Wait for 20 seconds and repeat.

Smile downwards

Firstly, open your mouth really wide. Next, move your jaw downwards as far as possible and then upwards making sure that your lower teeth touch your upper lip. Repeat this exercise as often as possible, or at least several times a day.

Chewing gum

Chewing sugar-free gum not only keeps your breath fresh, it also exercises the muscles in your chin and jaw. This, in turn, serves to tighten the muscles, helping you get rid of that double chin. Remember though, to ensure that you chew sugarless gum to avoid those extra calories and ward off tooth decay.
