8 Mocktails to prepare at home to beat the summer

Summer is here in full swing and most of us dread even stepping out of our homes for more than a few minutes. Imagine not having to step out of your home and still being able to get your hands on the most delicious drinks in the comfort of your home. Doesn’t that sound amazing? Well, I have some homemade mocktails for you to beat this hot summer… what are you waiting for it’s your turn to try

Virgin Mojito

Virgin Mojito is the most common drink these days also known as Nambu Pani. Take Lemonade 500 ml, Club soda 50 ml, Sugar syrup 3 tbsp., Fresh mint leaves 3-4 sprigs, Sugar 2 tbsp.and Lemon juice 3 tbsp.and Crushed ice to serve. In a pitcher add mint sprigs and sugar. With a muddler crush the ingredients together to blend in the flavors. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, and club soda. Add the lemonade and mix. In a glass add crushed ice and pour the beverage into the glass. Serve chilled.

White Sangria Sparkler

For white sangria sparkler, all you need to have is Take 1 bottle of white wine,2 peaches sliced, 2 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced,1 cup raspberries, 3 tablespoons sugar, or more, to taste,1 bottle sparkling white wine, 8 sprigs mint. In a large pitcher, whisk together white wine, peaches, kiwis, raspberries, and sugar. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice with sparkling white wine, garnished with mint, if desired.

Black Grapes mocktail

Take 4 cups black grape juice,3/4 tbsp cumin seeds,1/2 tbsp Thyme,1 tsp fennel seeds,3 tbsp black rock salt, 1/2 tbsp tamarind pulp, Crushed Ice and Black and green grapes. Start Roasting cumin seeds, thyme and fennel seeds in a pan. Take grape juice in a jug. Put the roasted masala, black rock salt, tamarind pulp and mix well. Add ice and put the mixture in a serving glass. Garnish it with black and green grapes and serve.

Raspberry Peach Iced Tea

Take 2 tea bags, 1 cup raspberries, plus more for garnish, 2 peaches, sliced, plus more for garnish, 3 tablespoons agave nectar, or more to taste, Mint leaves, for garnish. Steep tea bags in 4 cups boiling water, discard tea bags and let cool. Combine peaches, raspberries and agave nectar in a blender until smooth, strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve. In a large pitcher, whisk together raspberry peach mixture and brewed tea. Place in refrigerator until chilled. And then Serve over ice, raspberries, peach slices and mint leaves, if desired.

Chocolate Mocktini

Who doesn’t like to have the chocolate drink but there is some twist in this shake. take Chocolate syrup, 1/2 cup chocolate milk,1 cup mint-chocolate chip ice cream, Ice, 1 candy cane.Coat inside of the glass with chocolate syrup. Blend together chocolate milk, mint-chocolate chip ice cream, and 4 ice cubes. Garnish with the candy cane.

Mango Raspberry Punch

Take some fresh Raspberries and 1 mango or if mango is not available to take some mango juice, 7up.Mix an equal ratio of 7up and mango juice. Start by making a batch of fruit ice cubes. Simply throw 1-2 cups of raspberries and mangoes into a food processor along with a cup of water. Pulse until it is smooth. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze. Add them to your pitcher or glass and enjoy

Cold coffee

The most amazing drink which I love the most I think you too? Take 2 cups Cold Milk, 1/2 cup boiling Water,3 tbsp. instant Coffee Powder,2 tbsp. Cream,2 tbsp. Sugar, Crushed Ice. Dissolve instant coffee powder and sugar in boiling water and allow to cool. Blend the coffee mixture and milk in a blender for few seconds. Add cream and crushed ice. Blend for another few seconds till it becomes frothy. Garnish with cream swirls and serve chilled.

Special Banana Mocktail

Take 2 cups chilled Apple juice, 2 cups chilled organic juice, 2 bananas (sliced).Put the ingredients in a glass and blend it well. Put the mixture in a serving glass.
