Christmas desserts – Here’s how to make rum balls

Christmas is round the corner and what better way to spread the Christmas cheer than sharing yummy sweet treats? This year, try something different. You can always make your cakes and cookies, but how about rum balls?

Here’s how to make them:


  • 250 g arrowroot biscuits (crushed)
  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rum (to taste)


  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Coat the balls with the grated coconut.
  • Refrigerate the balls.

The rum balls are ready to eat. Share with your friends.
