5 reasons to watch Taapsee Pannu’s ‘Dil juunglee’

Bollywood has given us quite a few dreamy slice-of-life films before but Dil Juunglee presents the madness behind love. What happens when your past meets your present and you want it to be your future? Well, watch Dil Juunglee to know the answer. Here are 5 reasons why you should hit the theatres with this one

The New Pairing

For a long time now, we as an audience have been used to a certain form of pairing. Now, however, this movie brings in a fresh vibe in the form of Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem! Quite a contrast from what we are used to, no?

The Songs

At a time where one is used to something brand new from Honey Singh, the songs from Dil Juunglee come as a breath of fresh air. Every move and every word in this song tells a different story and one cannot help but be impressed at the end of things.

The Director

Dil Juunglee marks the Bollywood directorial debut of Aleya Sen. Previously known for directing a host of interesting romcoms this is going to be the first time Aleya will be presenting her work on the big screen. With an interesting star cast and a fun story, this movie will probably pave the way to a diverse Bollywood.

The other cast

Abhilash Thapliyal, plays as Prashant who is the partner in crime with Saqib. Adding to the madness is Nidhi Singh as well. You have seen her in TVF’s famous series Permanent Roommates and there is no room for doubt that she doesn’t fit the bill. the supporting cast is no less, which makes the trailer, even more, funnier and the film more desirable for a watch at the theaters.

Tapsee

After a lackluster Bollywood debut with David Dhawan’s 2013 film Chashme Baddoor, Taapsee Pannu fought her way up in Bollywood with films like Baby, Pink and Naam Shabana. The actor known for offbeat roles until the mid of 2017, attempted a masala entertainer like Judwaa 2 too. Taapsee did everything which Bollywood is famous for – singing, dancing and looking glamorous. In this movie, Taapsee is seen as a sweet, bubbly girl Koroli Nair in the romantic comedy with Saqib Saleem
